What's inside?

Clary sage is a neurotonic, soothing to mental fatigue and calming for the nerves. It is completely grounding whilst also revitalising to lift the spirit when feeling low.

Frankincense is known to encourage a slower and deeper rate of breathing which reduces panicky states and induces calm.

Sandalwood helps to deeply relax the body, reduce the feeling of anxiety and regulate the body's natural circadian rhythm to promote a better sleep routine.

Chamomile has a mild sedative action which encourages deep relaxation and a more peaceful sleep, then waking up feeling more rested.

Lavender balances the central nervous system which reduces stress and anxiety whilst soothing irritability and over-stimulation.
