Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch as soon as possible at Louise@ynysaroma.com. If your request to cancel the order is received before the order has been fulfilled and dispatched, a refund will be sent immediately and your order will be cancelled.

If you request to cancel your order after it has been fulfilled and dispatched, you will have to follow the process of returning your order. Once your order has been returned in perfect, unopened condition, a refund will be processed via the original payment method minus any delivery and return postage fees.
