Vetiver oil has a rich, earthy and smoky aroma. It has a warming and sedative action, helps to promote deep relaxation and a sense of grounding.

Frankincense has long been used for meditation as it helps slow the rate of breathing, reduce anxiety and states of panic.

Clary sage is one of the most grounding essential oils. It has a slightly herbal aroma and helps soothe the nerves, reduce stress and promote relaxation.

Each amber glass bottle contains approximately 50ml.
